(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) None appears for the petitioner. We have heard Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondent No.1, Mr.C.Manibharathi, learned standing counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Mr.S.N.Kirubanandam, learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5.

2. The learned counsel for the Corporation and the learned Special Government Pleader submit that joint inspection would be

carried out in the writ subject area and if any encroachment is found, action would be taken. The joint inspection would be carried out within a period of four months.

In view of the statement made, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
