ORDER

The respective learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to the lis brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners had received a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs only) towards compensation from the Government.

2. In view of the fact that the compensation has already been paid by the Government, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in the present writ petition.

3. If at all the petitioners are still aggrieved, they are at liberty to claim additional compensation or any other compensation against the fifth respondent before the competent Civil Court, for which they are legally entitled in the manner known to law.

4. With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 13.04.2023 Index : Yes Speaking order kak 3/5
