PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the 4th respondent/Accused in S.T.C.No.8662 of 2022 dated 27.11.2023 pending on the file of the Fast Track Court - II Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Allikulam Campus (Egmore) Chennai.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the 4th respondent/Accused in S.T.C.No.8662 of 2022 dated 27.11.2023 by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II at Allikulam, Chennai. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 4th respondent/accused was arrested by the Police yesterday based on the NonBailable Warrant issued by the Trial Court; and that therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner becomes infructuous.
