O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present petition is to consider the petitioner's representation, wherein he has sought for action against the 5th and 6th respondents herein, who are police officials. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the representation was given on 01.07.2019 to the 1st respondent herein, no further course of action has been taken on his representation and therefore, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. In my view, the representation made to the 1st respondent may not be an appropriate representation for the purpose of considering the grievance of the petitioner. Nevertheless, if the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the 4th respondent herein ventilating his grievance with a consequent direction to consider such a representation, the ends of justice could be secured.

3. In the light of the above observation, the petitioner is granted liberty to give a representation to the 4th respondent herein and on receipt of such a representation, the 4th respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law. During the course of such consideration, the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 and 6 shall be given due opportunity to put forth their objections, if any.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
