Since this application has been filed to condone the delay of 111 days in payment of deficit court fee, it is not necessary for this Court to issue notice to the respondents 2 and 3.

This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.

The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve entire papers on the first respondent's counsel forthwith.
