ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 30.01.2025 passed in W.P.No.17703 of 2007.

2. No representation for the petitioner.

3. As against the said order, a writ appeal vide W.A.No.3540 of 2025 was filed and the same was dismissed by a learned Division Bench of this Court. Consequently, the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court and accordingly issued G.O. (2D) No.366, Home (Police) Department, dated 11.11.2025, and proceedings bearing Rc.No.74176/Con III(1)/1993, dated 04.02.2026.

4. In the circumstances, this court is convinced that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this court and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
