This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 181 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 18.03.2022 passed in Spl.S.C.No.5/2020 by the Special Court (POCSO Act Cases), Cuddalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
