The learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submitted that he has no objection for extension of the mandate of the Hon'ble Arbitrators (Arbitral Tribunal).

2.Recording the above submission, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by six (6) months for passing the award from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
