2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the defendants reside within the jurisdiction of this Court and that the suit schedule A, B and F properties are located within the territorial limits of this Court whereas the suit schedule C, D and E properties are located outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, he submits that it is just and necessary to grant leave to sue the respondents/defendants in respect of the suit schedule C, D and E properties.

4. Upon considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and on examining the averments made in the affidavit filed in 1 / 2 http://www.judis.nic.in

A.No.9259 of 2019 in CS SR No.145676 of 2019 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J kal support of the application, I am of the view that this application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the applicant is granted leave to sue the respondents/defendants in respect of the suit schedule C, D and E properties also.
