This petition is filed to condone the delay of 169 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 169 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioner/appellant shall not be entitled for any interest for the delay period.
