ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.Kumarappan J.) The present application has been filed against the order of this Court made in WA.No.3012 of 2024, dated 28.11.2024.

2. The main ground urged for review is that, this Court, while

considering the issues, have failed to consider the fault on the part of the Labour Court as well as the Writ Court by not going into the factual aspects.

3. It is a well settled principle of law that by filing a review, the petitioner cannot seek for any re-hearing of the matter, which has already been concluded. In review jurisdiction, only the apparent errors could be corrected. From the submissions made by the petitioner, we do not find any apparent error to exercise the review jurisdiction.
