Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Impugned Order passed in Lr.No.CMWSSB/P&A/SR3/ 19512 of 2022, dated 10.06.2022, by the General Manager, CMWSSB, the second respondent herein and quash the same and further direct the respectively to grant the Selection/Special Grade Scale of Pay as laid down in Schedule II of the Tamilnadu Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 1998, at 5000-8000 and 5500-9000, consequential monetary benefits and pay the arrears thereof within a time frame.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the Impugned Order passed in Lr.No.CMWSSB/P&A/SR3/ 19512 of 2022, dated 10.06.2022, by the General Manager, CMWSSB, the second respondent herein and quash the same and further direct the respectively to grant the 3/6
Selection/Special Grade Scale of Pay as laid down in Schedule II of the Tamilnadu Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 1998, at 5000-8000 and 55009000, consequential monetary benefits and pay the arrears thereof within a time frame.
2. The grievance of the wirt petitioners is that they have not been granted Selection/Special Grade Scale of Pay as laid down in Schedule II of the Tamil Nadu Revised Scales of Pay Rules 1998. In this regard they have given representations to the respondents and the same have been considered by them. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that they have already implemented the above Government Order and if any of the petitioners are not paid, the same will be paid to them.
4. In such view of the matter, if any of the petitioners have not been paid as per Schedule II Serial No.6 of the Government order G.O.[Ms.] No.162 dated 13.04.1998, the same shall be set right and paid to the 4/6
petitioners within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
