C.M.P No.16195 and 16196 of 2017 in C.M.A.No.3519 of 2012 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These two petitions have been filed by the petitioners/appellants i) to declare the 3rd appellant, namely Bharath Rajan (Minor) as major and ii) to discharge the 1st appellant from the guardianship of the 3rd minor appellant.

2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has no objection in allowing these two petitions.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these two petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter on 09.01.2023.
