The petitioner, who had earlier filed Crl.O.P.No.20040 of 2022 filed the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition to amend the Crime No.2854 of 2021 instead of Crime No.8254 of 2021 in the bundle and in the main order, dated 20.06.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent Police produced the Case Diary confirming Crime No.2854 of 2021 is correct.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the bundle and in the main order, dated 20.06.2023.
