E.P.No.8 of 2024 P.VELMURUGAN , J., The petitioner who is the decree holder in Plenary Commercial Case No.1447 of 2017 has filed the execution petition in E.P.No.8 of 2024 against the respondents 1 to 3/judgement debtors.

The petitioner has already given up the claim as against the respondents 2 and 3. Hence, this Court vide order dated 18.04.2024, directed the first respondent to file counter and posted this matter today. The first respondent has filed the counter.

In view of the counter filed by the first respondent, the petitioner/decree holder cannot proceed with the execution petition. Hence, the execution petition is closed.
