ORDER

This petition filed seeking to amend the prayer in the Writ Petition is allowed without prejudice to the rights and contention of the respondents to raise all objections with regard to the amendment in the main Writ Petition.

2. Registry is directed to carryout amendment accordingly.

3. Copy of the counter filed by the 3rd respondent on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 has also been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the open Court today. He seeks time to peruse the same and argue the main Writ Petition.
