CMP Nos.22783, 22785 & 22786 of 2022 in C.R.P.No.2439 of 2014 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., These petitions have been filed to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the respondents 3 & 4 as legal representatives of deceased 1st respondent.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and hence, all these petitions are allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title.
