The writ petition is filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking direction for the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 05.09.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents, without acquiring the land in due process of law, are trying to encroach the private pathway which exclusively belongs to the petitioner's family.

3. Considering the above submissions, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and giving notice to the petitioner and also any rival claimants and thereafter, conduct inquiry in the manner known to law and pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
