The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the impugned order of the 3rd respondent dated 18/05/2017 and direct the respondent to implement the orders in W.P. No.22402 /2011, dated 21.02.2012 and in contempt petition No.724 /2013, dated 31.10.2013 and W.P. No.44173 of 2016, dated 02/01/2017 and to grant posting to the petitioner on per with above the Juniors.

2. As there was no representation for the petitioner on 12.01.2024, this writ petition was posted on 02.02.2024. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 02.02.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 16.02.2024 under the caption ''for dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also there is no representation on behalf of the

petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
