Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the 6.2.2024, when the writ petition was dismissed, Mr.S.Sathia Chandran, learned counsel, had also appeared in the matter and his name is not recorded.

In view of that, paragraph (1) of the order dated 6.2.2024, shall read as under:

"We have heard Mr.S.Sathia Chandran and Mr.A.Arun, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.L.Infant Dinesh, learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the first respondent, Mr.A.Edwin Prabhakar, learned State Government Pleader for the respondents 2 to 6 and Mr.S.Sivashanmugam, learned counsel for the seventh respondent."

The appearance portion of the order be also modified suitably.

The motion is disposed of accordingly.
