This application has been filed by the applicant to receive the additional documents on behalf of the petitioner in the suit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that as the documents are subsequent to the filing of the suit, the documents were not filed at the time of filing of the suit and hence, seeks to receive the additional documents.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and in order to give an opportunity to the applicant to put forth their case, this application is Ordered and the documents shall be received subject to proof and relevancy. The respondent is at liberty to raise legal objections at the time of marking the documents.

4. Post before Additional Master I on 24.04.2024. The trial shall be completed on or before 28.06.2024.
