C.M.P.No.22371 of 2022 in S.A.No.1658 of 1998 P.T.ASHA, J.

This petition is filed seeking to substitute the name of Mr.T.Ramachandran as partner of the Appellant firm in the place of the deceased Partner Mr.M.Thangavelu to continue to represent the Appellant Firm in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the petition being ordered.

3. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered.

4. Learned counsel for the appellant in S.A.No.575 of 2004 seeks time to file a similar petition in the second appeal.

5. Post the matter on 06.01.2023.
