This application is filed to grant leave to sue to the plaintiffs to file the suit against the defendant before this Court. 2.It is stated in the plaint that the defendant is going to infringe the trade mark of the plaintiffs by using the plaintiffs' trade mark "Zoho Salesiq and Salesiq". Since the business is based on the online trade, which is accessible throughout the world including Chennai, leave to sue is sought for.

3.Being prima facie convinced regarding the jurisdiction, leave is granted.
