This application has been filed seeking to extend the time for executing the bond as per the order dated 29.04.2025 passed in O.P.No.222 of 2019, which is subsequently modified on 29.07.2025, by this Court. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the applicant/petitioner is granted four weeks' time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to execute the bond as per the order dated 29.04.2025 passed in O.P.No.222 of 2019, which is subsequently modified on 29.07.2025, by this Court. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
