This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned V Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28597 of 2022 dated 24.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
