This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on 1st day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.10936 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.6713 of in Crl.O.P.No.5615 of 2023 dated 03.08.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on 1st day of every month at 10.30a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter relaxed.
