This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.18059 of 2023 dated 25.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the first and third petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter and and when required.
