WMP Nos.33002 and 33004 of 2023 in WP Nos.31596 and 31593 of 2023 M.S.RAMESH,J., This Court by order dated 03.07.2023 directed the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioners for arrears of pension and family pension as per Rule 49(2) of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, Leave Salary, GPF, SPF and other terminal/retirement benefits on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months.

2. The present two miscellaneous petitions are filed seeking to grant additional time to comply with the order of writ Court.

3. Time is hereby extended for a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of the writ Court. .

Accordingly, WMP Nos.33002 and 33004 of 2023 are allowed.
