3.The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) has submitted that after investigation, the charge sheet was filed and based on the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry has taken the case on file in S.T.C.No.600 of 2019 and hence, this petition has become infructuous. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
