The suit has been filed seeking for a declaration that the Settlement Deed is null and void.

2.The property involved in the Settlement Deed is located at Chennai. The first plaintiff is a resident of Chennai. The second plaintiff and the defendants are residing outside Chennai. Since the suit property is located at Chennai, leave to sue is sought for against the defendants, who are residing outside Chennai. 3.Since the suit schedule property is located at Chennai, leave to sue will have to be granted to the plaintiffs as prayed for in this application. 4.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and leave to sue is granted.
