The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.66 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent.

2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or through his respective counsel.

3.The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) has submitted that after investigation in Crime No.66 of 2017, the charge sheet was filed and based on the same, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry has taken the case on file in C.C.No.721 of 2019 and hence, this petition has become infructuous.
