The petitioner has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition to extend further period of time in pursuance of anticipatory bail granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15860 of 2023 dated 08.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15860 of 2023 dated 08.07.2024 from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the order granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed and no further extension of time will be granted to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
