O R D E R

The petitioner is the complainant in Crime No.121 of 2023 dated 23.04.2023. Further, it is alleged in his petition that the Assistant Commissioner of Police/2nd respondent is forcing him to withdraw his complaint and settled the property in favour of the accused. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, on instructions, states that nothing of that sort occurred. The complaint given by the petitioner is under investigation and will be disposed of in accordance with law.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of . AC is not harassing him.
