The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.185 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent.

2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or through his respective counsel.

3.The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) has submitted that after investigation in Crime No.185 of 2017, the charge sheet was filed on 26.12.2018 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, but sofar, the case was not taken on file.
