By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking direction to the 3rd respondent to issue corrected Last Pay Certificate (LPC) and also to pay the salary for the period of 01.02.2025 to 02.03.2025 to the petitioner by considering his representation, dated 12.06.2025.

3. It is stated that the petitioner joined as Village Administrative Officer on 05.03.2008 through TNPSC recruitment. Thereafter, he was posted in various places and worked at 11- Veerapandi Revenue Village and later, he worked at Chinnatadagam Revenue Village, Coimbatore North Taluk. Subsequently, he was transferred from Chinnathadagam to Jadaiyampalayam, vide orders of the 1st respondent, dated 08.02.2025. But, the transfer order was issued and served to the petitioner only on 03.03.2025, whereas LPC was issued by the 3rd respondent. In such circumstances, he submitted representation to the 3rd respondent on 12.06.2025 seeking for issuance of corrected LPC as well as to pay the pending salary. As the said representation was not considered, till date, by the respondents, he has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. 2/4

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for either sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.06.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
