Alleging disobedience of the order dated 01.09.2022 made in W.P.No.22412 of 2022, this contempt petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing Mr.K.Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. This position is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, she submits that since a negative order has been passed to challenge the same liberty may be given to the petitioner. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition is closed with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
