This petition is filed to condone the delay of 96 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.D.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the petitioners. Despite notice having been served, none appears on behalf of the respondents.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 96 days in filing the appeal stands condoned.
