Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of petitioner's appeal dated 24.02.2025 sent by the petitioner challenging the erroneous patta bearing No. 9691 issued by the 2nd respondent in the name of the Respondents 3 to 10 herein in accordance with law within a stipulated period.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner filed an appeal before the 1st respondent on 24.02.2025. Since the same has not been disposed of 2/4

till date, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the 1st respondent will pass orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner, within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

5. Heard both sides.Perused the records.

6. In view of the limited scope of relief sought for in this writ petition, and also in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to pass orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 24.02.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and other parties concerned and thereafter communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
