ORDER

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This review application is filed against the common judgment dated 9.8.2023 passed in W.A.No.1122 of 2009.

2. It appears that W.A.No.1122 of 2009 was heard along with

W.A.No.2041 of 2010 and W.P.No.715 of 2010. By the common judgment dated 9.8.2023, this Court dismissed W.A.No.1122 of 2009 and W.P.No.715 of 2010 and allowed W.A.No.2041 of 2010. W.A.No.1122 of 2009 and W.A.No.2041 of 2010 stemmed up from the same order passed in W.P.No.12425 of 2008 dated 29.4.2009.

3. Assailing the judgment passed in W.A.No.2041 of 2010, Manali R.Srinivasan, the sixth respondent herein (Respondent in W.A.No.2041 of 2010), preferred a Special Leave Petition, being Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No (s).47177 of 2023, before the Apex Court with delay condonation application. The Apex Court, by the order dated 15.3.2024, while condoning the delay, dismissed the Special Leave Petition.

4. In view of the dismissal of the Special Leave Petition which was filed against the common judgment, the present review application cannot be entertained. On merits, there is no error or illegality apparent on the face of record.

5. The review application is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
