The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 1/4
23.08.2022 and online Application dated 22.08.2022 for sub-division Patta in respect of petitioner's land situated in S.No.26/2A2 measuring 0.55 cents of vacant land comprised in Joint Patta No.255 in Velankanni Village, Keelvelur Taluk, Nagapattinam District.
2. The property at S.No.26/2A2 situated at Velankanni Village, Keelvelur Taluk, Nagapattinam District belongs to various persons including the petitioner, therefore in Patta No.255 a joint patta has already been issued in the name of all the owners including the petitioner.

In this regard, after surveying the land insofar as the portion belongs to the petitioner, she wants to get separate patta, therefore she has given a representation to that effect on 23.08.2022 after remitting the necessary fee on 22.08.2022 to the 2nd respondent, therefore in order to consider the said representation and to pass necessary orders thereon, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.
4. Heard Ms.R.T.Shyamala, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
5. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that, the 2/4
said application submitted by the petitioner along with the necessary fee paid by her would be taken into account and accordingly the needful would be undertaken by the 2nd respondent on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the necessary parties in this regard within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
6. Having regard to the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: There shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 23.08.2022 along with the fee paid by her and accordingly do the needful thereon on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
