This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2/592/2017 dated 29.06.2017 on the file of third respondent and quash the same and direct the third respondent to open the bid of the petitioner in the presence of all tenders and award the contract to the petitioner in the event of his bid being the lowest, as per the tender conditions.
