This application has been filed by the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu seeking permission to collect the security deposit and caution deposit at the rate of 3 times and 7 times of monthly rent, respectively, instead of collecting six months rental advance and 25% of monthly rent as electricity caution deposit, from the public auction and also to revise the same to the existing tenants w.e.f.01.01.2020.

2. Today, when the above application is taken up for consideration, the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee submitted that he is not pressing this application at this stage and he has also made an endorsement in the judge's summons, to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee, this application is dismissed as not pressed.
