This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23194 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23067 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
