A.No.5687 of 2024 in C.S. No.744 of 2018 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., Learned counsel for the defendant has stated no objection for allowing A.No.5687 of 2024 filed by the plaintiff. The said application has been filed, seeking permission of this Court to amend the cause title in paragraph No.2 of the plaint and cause title of the rejoinder filed in C.S.No.744 of 2018.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application since sufficient cause has been shown for granting the prayer sought for in this application.

3. Accordingly, A.No.5687 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in terms of the order of this Court passed today.
