2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicants/defendants and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the TOS is at the trial stage and that certain documents were recently recovered and that the said documents are necessary and relevant for a just decision in this case.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the applicants may be granted leave subject to relevance and on condition that the original documents should be filed.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to file and exhibit the documents mentioned in paragraph-4 of the affidavit filed in support of this application in TOS No.3 of 2016 subject to production of the originals and subject to relevance.
