ORDER

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.No.2779 of 2022 is pending on the file of High Court, Madras has been referred to the National Lok Adalat for conciliation today. There is no representation for respondents.

2. The learned counsel for appellant submitted that matter has been settled in Lower Court and thus, appellant is not pressing the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Appeal papers.
