This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police for monthly once i.e. On Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.13404 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20807 of 2021 by order dated 15.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
