PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.3028/2016/Sa.Pa, dated 07.11.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 to disburse the arrears by calculating the 3% deducted from the petitioner's basic pay, which comes around to the tune of Rs.1,09,480/-.
