ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pass orders pursuant to the show cause notice issued by the 2nd respondent, dated 21.09.2016.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, he is a retail vendor of the Petroleum Products and a show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner on 21.09.2016, by the respondent/Oil Corporation, alleging certain violations, for which, the petitioner also sent a suitable reply. But, after receipt of the reply, no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, a final order has been passed by the first respondent on 14.07.2017 itself, thereby terminating the dealership agreement with the petitioner. He has also produced the copy of the order before this Court.

4. Considering the fact that already a final order has been passed by the first respondent, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. However, if the petitioner is so aggrieved with the above order, it is open to to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
