Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to implead the proposed respondent as the 3rd and 4th respondent in the above WP.No.12324/2019 and pass such further or order orders (in WMP.No.33514/2019) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SAIKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Writ Miscellaneous petition is allowed.

2. Registry is directed to implead the Inspector of Police, Kiliyanoor Police Station, Villupuram and the District Revenue Office, Villupuram as respondents 3 and 4 in the cause writ petition.

3. The respondents 3 and 4 to file separate reports regarding the seizure of cash from the petitioner and to file a status report regarding the criminal cases registered against the petitioner as on date.
